Hi all

Long time no write ... unofficially I am off this stressful project of mine, so I am more relax now ... hopefully I don't have work late nights and weekend again!

I am pretty off track with my internet business as you can see because of this project. It's hardly leave me enough time to do the stuff I wanted to do.

My brother who is in the same business with me.... is doing most of the work now. Hopefully I can get back on track again.

The internet business that I am in allows you to learn and improve yourself through online courses and books which you need to pay a tons of money for. However in this business, you get to learn and earn at the same time. So there is nothing to lose.

Remember this project that I am on ... the client that has the ability to make you feel inadequate. And always assume that you are not doing your job ... she keeps saying that we pay your company for your service ... so you better deliver what I want you to do ...

With this project that I am on, somehow I just feel so inadequate and anxious all the time especially when I need to talk to her. Somehow I just feel not good enough. All my previous confidence about my ability somehow is gone out of the window. It's so bad that I can't eat or sleep!

Can anyone tell me how can I get over such feeling!!!!

Want to be free from work stress ...

Hi World ... I am back ... feeling much better now!!! You may wonder why I said that ... let me shared with you what happen to me ...

I was very depressed and very unhappy with myself for the two weeks ... all because of the project that I am on now. The client is known to be difficult and nasty but little did I know that it was that bad ... she has the ability to make you feel small and inadequate! It had affected me so badly that I couldn't sleep or eat ... always have this anxiety attack and fear that I couldn't even explain.

After talking to my cousin and friends over the days I am feeling better now ... and I like to share something with you here ... in case you are in the same situation as I am ... There is no point in worrying about things you cannot change. My cousin shared the following with me which I find very apt and help me get over that inadequacy that I always feel ..... mind you such attack will always come and go !!!!

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. I went to a talk on "Blogging Secrets" Internet Network Success Blueprint on Thursday night.

It was interesting to learn how blogging can be effectively used as a mean to drive traffic to the internet business. All along I thought that blogging was only meant to share "stuff" with the world. Little did I know that it can also be used to earn money and promote business opportunities!

Mind you I only pay $5/- for the talk as member but what I've learned worth much more!

Knowing Your Self Worth

Knowing Your Self Worth ... some may have read the following many times before but I think this is a good reminder for all of us .... Sometimes we just need to be reminded!

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?" Hands started going up.

He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this. He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He then asked, "Who still wants it?" Still the hands were up in the air.

Well, he replied, "What if I do! this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.

Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE.

You are special - Don't EVER forget it.

Sick and tire of work stress and frustration!

What a stressful and frustrating day for me. My client known to be very fussy, had come back with yet another changes on the draft proposal! I did it three times already! She always come back with comments like I wanted this, why was it not there ... mind you her "wanted this" was not very clear in the first despite talking to her.

You know how frustrating it is to keep changing ... and still they cannot tell you exactly they wanted. I guess they just want to look at what you can give them and then they just nickpick through to see what else can be added or removed! Arghhhh

What is worse is that I have an entire month with the client carrying out those works in the proposal! More stress and frustration ahead ... I feel an anxiety attack coming already! I am getting too old for this.

I can't wait for my business to take off so that I can be rid of this third party created stress / frustration! Will let you know how I am doing.

My experience with the "Internet MLM Success Workshop"

Last Sat., I attended a workshop on "Internet MLM Success" by Deagan Smith.

I am what you might say a "internet idiot". All I do with the internet is just to look for stuff - usually work related and of course reading my mails.

Hence I was a bit apprehenvsive about attending this workshop for me. But hell I am looking for business opportunity and I guess in this time and age ... internet would be the way to go. So I went with the intension of look and see.


Woow... this workshop blow my mind ... basically this guy, Daegan Smith shared everything he did to reach where he is today. He build a business of over 4647+ members in less than 16 months! All without having to make any cold calls or single lead! No wonder he is known as "King Of Never Calling A Single Lead".

He showed us what he did correctly and what he did wrong. Bascially he just laid everything on a silver platter for us. No need to recreate the wheel! Although I still do not know technically what some stuff (he mentioned)are, but it just made me want to go forth and conquer! Hahaha.

Therefore I started this blog to share my life, my thoughts, my work and business.
